Particularly, our intricately patterned ceramics which are created using colored clay, ensures that every piece possesses a unique pattern. We accept pre-orders for new products and out-of-stock items. For pre-ordered products, shipping may take 4-8 weeks.
Refunds &Returns
Ceramics
At the moment, returns or exchanges are not accepted. In the event of damage during shipping, please send us an email at moonlit.ceramics@gmail.com. Photos of the damaged piece, along with the box with the shipping label visible must be attached in order for a replacement or reimbursement to be arranged accordingly.
Any requests for refunds must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. If the item is damaged due to a reason other than shipping, returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Tools
Maker’s tools(Except pre-ordered and custom tools.) are eligible for returns within 14 days for any reason. If there is an issue with the product, please feel free to contact us at any time(moonlit.ceramics@gmail.com). Providing feedback to the artisans who create the tools is greatly beneficial for the ongoing development of new tools!
Care
Ceramics
Dishwasher safe. However, we strongly recommend hand washing to minimize the risk of breakage or chipping in the dishwasher.
Microwave safe. All ceramics are high-fired. While we don’t recommend using Moonlit ceramics for baking, they can be safely warmed in an oven set in between 170°F and 200°F.
